Anyone have positional vertigo with POT ?
Sometimes I have vertigo depending on the position of my head. I think my whole upper body is messed up from trying to compensate for my leg tremors.

Hi stillstanding!
I have had benign postional vertigo for about 13 years now. Very annoying when I am having a full fleged attack. They appear to be worse lately and coming more frequent. I can only go about 4 - 6 weeks between attacks now and they usually last about 6 weeks. I have exercises that I can do to help move the so called crystals around in my inner ear and usually help after awhile. I have had a great deal of vertigo testing at specialty clinics and most of the doctors seem to think it does not have much to do with my tremor....just makes the temor feel worse at times.
I am actually having an attack these last few days and am moving my head very carefully as to not feel so dizzy and nauseated. Oh well....I will survive and in fact am getting quite used to it.
Take care and hopefully your vertigo will eventually go away as mine does sometime.
