why does this happen

Hello friends,
Have any or all of you noticed that when you get up from a chair slowly
and keep your head bent down you will hardly have any legg tremor if any.
And when you get up the same way with your head up it begins almost immediately.
I guess the blood is pooling in the leggs and not getting to the brain
