Driving

I was just wondering if anybody has trouble driving with the off balance feeling that we have, I am now on 1200 mg. of gabapentin and still I have this weird sensation while driving, I was hoping that it would go away once they upped my medicine but it has not, or does it ever go away, so input would be helpful since this is all new to me.

Driving has presented no real problems so far although I have noticed difficulty in regaining balance after travelling on bumpy roads. I assume that most people over 5o would experience similar difficulties.

I have never noticed any balance, virtigo etc. problem while driving. I just went on a long distance trip and I drove the entire time, no problem and I am 81. I like to drive because it's the one time when I can forget my POT issues. Everyone is different. I only take .025mg clonazepam in the morning and 0.5 at bedtime. One more thing Mshilala to ask the doctor about.
