coping with the shower

Post by Joan »

I keep trying new things to see if my life gets a little easier. I know some of it's crazy but right now it works. I found if I wedge my foot against the side of the shower wall I am much steadier. Secondly, I put my shower radio on dance music when towelling off. I just boogie away with the towel till I'm dry ( glad you can't see that ). I guess the motion is what keeps me steady. Anyway I am always happy when I feel I accomplished something and didn't give in to this annoying OT. Do any of you have silly things that work?

Hi Joan, what a wonderful attitude you have, we need our sense of humour to keep our sanity, and when reading all the messages on this site it comes across what lovely people we all are, so keep on dancing Joan as I will certainly be a dancing too.
Best wishes, Patty

I love it.I walk around in circles a lot and also found dancing helps. If you are at a party I found it was ok till I stopped so what I did was danced off the dance floor all the way back to my seat.We could start up the OT suffers Dance formation team and enter competitions.Sequined towls will be provided.
Regards
Mike :D
