GABA with niacinamide -- has anyone tried it?

I happened to find out about a new vitamin compound called "GABA with niacinamide". The "GABA" stands for gamma amino butyric acid, and has two other primary ingredients in the compound: Inositol and Vitamin B (aka niacin or niacinamide). I've started taking this capsule (200 mg of GABA) twice a day, and I have to say that it's showing some promise. I can honestly say right now a lot of my tremors have slowed considerably; my family tells me that they can barely see the tremors anymore. I called my neurologist's office and informed them of my action; they okayed it, but I must keep on taking my klonapin.

I wanted to pass on this information to everyone, and I'm going to watch how it works as well as for long-term effects. I'll keep you all informed.

GABA is made by Twinlabs, and you can find it on www.iHerb.com.

This has been a help to me, and I wanted to share my find with all of you. I hope this helps.

Cheryl: Thanks for sharing your experimenting with" Gaba with niacinamide". I have been taking Gabapentin for many years with moderate help. I have always wondered if more studys of it's potential should be considered. I will be seeing my neurologist next week and will have this discussion as well. Please keep us informed, Thanks again, Gloria
