Pain and OT

I have had a day of teaching elementary school today. I require medication as my back, neck and sciatic nerves go into spasms as I try to maintain a "normal" amount of standing in the classroom of 30 odd pupils.
I have wondered do many people suffer pain when they have been busy trying to stand for a full day.
The rheumatologist said there is a tablet for people with MS that helps with the muscular spasms so I am calling her tonight to get script to give it a try.
I have decided to take my tablets only just before I have to attempt work or do another long activity rather than taking them at the same time twice a day.The doctor said its ok to change to that routine to see how it goes.
Does any one else suffer PAIN & spasms in legs, neck, shoulder, back and buttocks with OT? The neurologist says it may be the lupus (which I have had for a long time) but, I feel it is worse because of the OT tremor.
I would love to hear from anyone who has any suggestions.
