For those who are not familiar with email lists, it works exactly as if you were emailing/replying to a regular email correspondent. Thus when you want to reply to an email, you just click on Reply and write your message. All existing members of the list will see it, and have the chance to join in.

It's OK to post your information here, but my preference is that people continue to post their information in this public forum so that the information is available to everyone. As I mentioned earlier the most significant benefit of this forum is the wealth of information that everyone has contributed and that many visitors have found us through searching the internet and in many cases have actually discovered that they have OT just from reading the previous posts.

I'm sure that you've read about the instances where people have printed out information from this forum and brought it to their doctors.

I started this website many years ago, as a result of my own diagnosis. I was told I had OT, but when I tried to research what OT was or have a discussion with someone else with OT there were no resources available. Now if you search on Orthostatic Tremor in Google or Yahoo the top result is this website, and a wealth of information that can be attributed to the many members. And, to whom I am very grateful to having helped build this website.

Even the discussions that you might have on your list could benefit many more people. You are always welcome to start any conversation on this forum. This isn't my forum, it's everyone's: current members, future members and casual visitors.
