I’d like to connect with someone from the UK who has OT. Anyone out there?

Yes, I am from Northumberland. I am having an MRI at the end of August and some other tests - can't remember what! But the Clinician at the Royal Victoria in Newcastle was leaning towards OT. Reading some of the posts here, I must be early in the disease but I don't like the way it is heading. I got myself a Rollator which enables me to walk without fear of falling. I posted an intro some weeks ago when I registered if you want to read more. Where are you in UK?

Hi. Sorry I haven’t replied sooner. I hope this note finds you well. I have had symptoms for a few years, whereby I noticed couldn’t stand for long without seemingly needing to sit down. This then developed into shaky legs about a year ago. It steadily got worse so my doctor sent me to a specialist and he said I have Orthostatic tremor. My hands also shake intermittently too and he says it’s general tremor. Some days are worse than others. I’m 63 and live in Hungerford, Berkshire. Please, tell me all about you. M/
