compression stockings?

Hi there, I 'm new to this group and have had OT for about 5 years now. I tried gabapentin which worked temportarily and then stopped making a big enough difference to continue. I started on klonapin a few months ago (0.5mg at night) which has helped quite a bit. A friend with MS recently suggested that I try compression stockings. Has anyone tried these and if so did they help? Thanks in advance!
