Upper back problems tension and neck pushing forward

Hi everyone, Its been a while since I have been on the forum. I just went 39 weeks without any OT during a pregnancy and now they are really bad. I am going to try to explain this the best I can. I start out ok in the am but by the end of the day I am leaning up against the sink in the bathroom just to brush my teeth because I feel like am going to fall and my legs are like jello and the muscles are tired and tight because I am trying to hold my self up all day while standing still. Well, I think what is happening is I am tighting my upper back muscles and pushing my neck and head forward daily to try and compensate for the legs and not fall or I am leaning forward to grab something or hold on to something if I have to stand still while talking. Everything is fine if I keep moving. So, at the end of day I sometimes feel like my shoulders are up in my neck and like someone is pushing my head or neck forward and I feel so out of line. I sometimes even feel a some spacial disorientation. I have had 4 or 5 brain scans and 1 C-Spine scan all normal. I do have a nystagma in one eye in a fixed position that can cause some vertigo. I didnt have any of these problems prior to a bad bout with Lyme.
