NO ! any kind of stress is not good for tremors and I have found that during my day there is a continuing line of stresses that occur from small to strong that bring on holding my breath without realizing that I am. Faced with a stressful situation not only do I hold my breath but if I'm standing my leg muscles contract quicker and the need to sit sooner. Also I react to crowds and unfamilar places as stress. I wonder what situations are stress producers in your OT life ? As always, Gloria
