The Orthostatic Tremor Forum (archive)

I am a new member and this is my first inquiry regarding this new topic. Has anyone else heard of or tried this stimulation of nerve cells to promote healing. I have just started trying it at home for my peripheral neuropathy due to diabetic numbness and a plantar fasciitis problem. In addition, I am hoping to relieve some numbness and pain from a knee replacement surgery which never quite relieved all pain, probably due to inflammation. My thoughts are, why not see if my OT tremors are helped. I know I sound like a "walking disaster", but I sit quite nicely! This is a serious inquiry though. Would appreciate any experience with infrared light therapy you might have had. Nancy
