How are some of you coping with daily work habits with OT

My name is Joyce Rayburn and I have been told I have OT after ove 12 years of going to different doctors and trying to describe my feelings. Finally I was referred to a doctor at Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. She first said she was looking toward Parkinson or OT. She is the first one even to suggest she was finding an answer for me. I then found this website and with tears I read of so many of you who have the same feelings I have experienced for all these years.
