The purpose of this survey is to determine if there is progression of symptoms and characteristics associated with Orthostatic Tremor. The survey also includes questions about traumas experienced prior to the onset of Orthostatic Tremor symptoms, the process of obtaining an Orthostatic Tremor diagnosis, additional neurological diagnoses and familial neurological diagnoses. The information collected is for the members of the Orthostatic Tremor community, medical professionals, researchers and caregivers, in order to show the pervasive effects of this disorder and for educational purposes.

SURVEY 1 - Prescribed Medications and Alternative Therapies (OT)

The purpose of this survey is to get feedback from members of the Orthostatic Tremor community about all of the prescription medications taken for their Orthostatic Tremor symptoms throughout the years. The survey also includes questions about alternative therapies and other solutions that Orthostatic Tremor patients have tried. The information provided by the participants regarding the various medications, their ability to mitigate the symptoms of Orthostatic Tremor and their possible side effects will hopefully give people insight into the management of their Orthostatic Tremor symptoms.
