I have also found that riding a bike is much less strenuous than many other activities. My husband and I try to ride our bikes where benches are readily available. For instance, near a river or lake where the views are very relaxing when we stop to rest.

I have had Ot for 10 years and diagnosed at Mayo in MN 2 years ago. I have tried the sinemet, klonopin, neurontin prescribed by Mayo. They all made the tremors worse. I had to see a neurologist in town for a neck problem about 6 months ago. He said to try ativan (lorazepam). It really helps the shak...
