While swimming is great exercise, has anyone found relief from their tremors by swimming?

My husband used to take this in the form of tonic water (with quinine - just 6 0z glass at bedtime) for leg cramps. It worked for him. OT cramps must have a different source of the problem. I've been wondering if the long-term use of statins such as atorvastatin (Lipitor), fluvastatin (Lescol), lovastatin (Mevacor, Altocor), pravastatin (Pravachol), simvastatin (Zocor), and rosuvastatin (Crestor) could have brought on OT. Has anyone read or heard of this relationship?
