I asked my neurologist today about Perampanel. She pointed out that she found only one case study for one person who was helped with orthostatic tremors. She also said that it was expensive. I checked on line and what I found as a discounted price for 30 2 mg tablets was $457.39 for a 30 day supply....

I try to walk a couple of miles when I get up in the morning as it helps to steady me. I use a shower chair and grab bars when I shower.I have a rolling chair in the kitchen, which is helpful. I find it helps my balance and my day to walk two miles when I first get up. I an 73 and have had OT for 40 years.
