I don’t think anyone checks this forum very often because when you post you often don’t get replies. I did Keto last year for about a month & did notice a small improvement in the OT but also improvement in joint soreness & movement in general. Do you think your large weight loss is a factor...

I am going to try this..will let you know what happens. I have heard that much of the oil you order online is not up to standards. Someone is making the RS oil for me. Only 1 person replied is no one else interested in this possibility?

Has anyone that lives in a medical marijuana state ever tried cannabis oil for OT? I have heard it works well for MS & seizures.

no one has posted on this for some time but I have found that sandals with a sunken bottom(foot sits over an inch below sides of shoe) help to stabilize the foot also the ridge under the toes helps with the toe curling

When I started reading about OT I was amazed to really know what I had for over 20 years. I have been diagnosed with ET but knew from research that wasn't at all what I was experiencing. From reading the symptoms I also have OT plus..the symptoms have increased & worsened over the years but I am...
