It was suggested I get a cane, but I found the same problem as you described; the tremors transfer from the legs/body to the arms. But....I was also told even though you don't find relief from your tremors, it DOES make others aware you have a problem and they are very helpful in opening doors, and...

I now carry a small hunting stool in both my vehicles. I rarely use them but it's nice to know they are there if needed.

I take 1 mg of Clonazepam at night. It helps greatly and takes about 80% of the tremor away, although I still can't climb a ladder, loathe free standing and find my back and legs are quite tight at the end of a day on my feet..
