I am aware of the trials with focused ultrasound for essential tremor and now parkinson's. Is there any possibility of using it for orthostatic tremor?

I know that the site of origin of the tremors has to be found before focused ultra sound can be used. Is anyone working on brain imaging that will locate that site. I really think it is similar to Parkinson's and ET and would think it could be found if someone was to work on it.

I am new to the forum and wonder if anyone is using clonazepam and primidone. I have been
on clonazepam for several years (0.5 mg. twice a day and don't get too much help. I recently read
reports of using primidone and plan to add it to the clonazepam. Has anyone had experience with
