Re: has anyone used Medical Marijuana to help with spasms and rigidity?

I've been actively experimenting to find the correct dose and frequency. Unfortunately most everything I've tried changes from one purchase to the next even though it says it's the same strength. When I first started (3 or so years ago) , I noticed some definite improvement (I take oils or concentra...

Re: has anyone used Medical Marijuana to help with spasms and rigidity?

I see no harm in taking your regular meds at first - hopefully adding the CBD will actually lessen the need for other drugs. I would recommend starting small and working your way up. If it's oil, then try 2 drops under your tongue 2 or3 times a day. If you are in an area where marijuana is legal, I'...

Re: has anyone used Medical Marijuana to help with spasms and rigidity?

I'd be interested in knowing what kind(s) they recommend especially if they recommend an alternative to smoking. I'd also be interested in learning what strains they recommend. thanks. :)

how many of you have leg rigidity with your OT? found any medication that works?

My OT started with just tremors in my legs - over the past 7 years, it has progressed to my having very rigid legs which pretty much prevents my walking. It feels like my legs are 2 thick wooden stilts. Has anyone found anything (medical or alternative) that helps with the leg spasms and leg rigidit...

has anyone used Medical Marijuana to help with spasms and rigidity?

Has anyone had any experience (pos or neg) taking Medical Marijuana for leg spasms and rigidity. My OT has been getting much worse - to the point where I am "furniture walking" most of the time. My GP and my neurologist both suggested I try Medical Marijuana - about 2 months ago, I started...

OT and medical marijuana

I would be interested in hearing anyone's experiences using medical marijuana to relieve OT issues - the main issues I'm interested are help for rigid legs (and freezing), leg spasms, pain. I'm particularly interested in finding out what types of CBD/THC oils people of tried.

Re: Acid reflux medications exacerbate OT?

I used to be able to take rantidine as well but now I can't take that either because it, too, worsens my tremors. Now I'm totally at a loss what to use. my GI is useless.

Acid reflux medications exacerbate OT?

I wonder if anyone has the unfortunate combination of Acid Reflux and OT and Interstitial cystitis? When I had Acid Reflux symptoms in the past, I was able to take Zantac (ranitidine) with seemingly no effects on my OT - but this last time round, the zantac set off my IC. My GI then switched me to P...

Re: OT and clonezapam-- any success?

Golfnut, I would be very interested to know if your doctor has seen any success with using clonezapam with his patients and also how high of a dosage they need to use in order to achieve any success. So far I have only built up to 1/2 of a .5 tablet -- I am decreasing the valium I am on as I increas...
