There is a very efficient way to get ground shuttle transportation from Philadelphia Airport to Atlantic City for those that do not wish to rent a car. It is called Rapid Rover ( Shared Shuttle Van). When one arrives at the airport you go to the downstairs luggage area and look for the " Ground transportation desk" dial ex. 21 direct for Rapid Rover to let them know that you have arrived. It is $120. dollars for the first 3 people to share & it is $40 more per person after that ( tip not included ) the more people the cheaper it is. They can take 7 to 10 people at one trip. The trip takes at least 1 hr. depending on traffic. Rapid Rover phone no. is 1-856-428-1500 - their service is 24/7 everyday of the year. Call them them about your individual plans.

All the other shuttles and ground transport I found posted on internet did not pick up at the airport and were a distance from the airport.
